Harbourside is delighted to welcome Phil Sullivan to the team as our new Senior Materials Engineer who will be responsible for development of our asphalt pavement engineering, testing and inspection capabilities, and growing our materials engineering team.

Phil is a Professional engineer who brings more than 21 years’ experience in the consulting engineering sector in Atlantic Canada to his new role. Prior to joining Harbourside he held senior leadership roles in the provision of materials engineering services. His consulting experience includes responsibility for health and safety, business development, human resourcing, financial performance, and management of materials engineering service delivery.
